At Red Star Technologies, I managed a portfolio of concurrent SaaS and web builds for international clients spanning healthcare, security, sales-tech, hospitality, e-commerce, and professional services — each with different domains, stakeholders, compliance needs, and time zones. I ran 8–12 concurrent mid-size projects and led and mentored three junior Project Managers through workload allocation, artefact review, and coaching.

Led and mentored three junior Project Managers through workload allocation, artefact review, and coaching on stakeholder communication, estimation, and risk. Used Agile/hybrid delivery via Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, and MS Planner, reporting to C-level with dashboards and risk registers.
